This is a new independent product project from the same emerging vape brand, separate from their previous patented DTL pod hardware. The client wanted to expand its product matrix, targeting a different user group with a brand-new look and tactile experience, while keeping consistent brand DNA.

We developed a brand-new pod system from scratch for this client. Covering industrial styling, material selection, surface craftsmanship, custom branding and dedicated packaging, to create a differentiated hardware under the same brand umbrella.
Created independent shell shape and contour for this new pod model, different from their previous DTL product, with brand DNA retained.
Selected matching materials and implemented custom surface treatments to achieve target touch, anti-slip and wear-resistant performance.
Develop exclusive color palette for this new model, with brand logo, marking and indicator light design fully customized.
Designed dedicated retail packaging for this new pod system, and built craftsmanship inspection standards for mass production.
