Standard ODM order lead time: 15~25 working days. Complex full OEM custom orders need 30~40 days. We will confirm exact schedule on PI.

If factory quality problems occur (leakage, dead battery, no smoke), we will re-produce and replace defective quantity for free in next order. Man-made damage is not covered.
